Acceptance

By using LeakWatch you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service

LeakWatch scans public sources and email-security configuration for potential exposure of your domain and identifiers. Findings are indicative and not a guarantee that data is, or is not, leaked.

Acceptable use

You may only scan domains you own or are authorised to assess. Misuse to target third parties is prohibited and may be reported.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of GST. See the Refund Policy for cancellations.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeakWatch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on findings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of the operator's registered location.
