Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel any paid plan at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; it is not renewed thereafter.
Refunds
Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period once a scan or alert has been delivered in that period. If no paid feature was used, email us within 7 days of charge for a full refund.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. Access pauses until payment succeeds.
