Who we are
LeakWatch ("we") provides data-leak monitoring for Indian businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable rules.
What we collect
Account email and the domain(s) you ask us to monitor. For scans, we process any sample text you paste only in memory to count PII patterns — we do not store raw sample text. We log scan metadata (domain, risk score, timestamp).
How we use it
To run scans, send you reports and alerts, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Data retention
Scan metadata is retained while your account is active. Raw sample text is never persisted. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may access, correct, and erase your personal data, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@leakwatch.aiskillhub.info.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted and audited. Daily backups are maintained.
